Showcasing the connection between marine biology and responsible culinary practices, inviting visitors to explore how scientific research shapes sustainable seafood choices.

The tasting experience offers the perfect conlusion to the journey, allowing visitors to taste the king crab after learning about its wonders.

Interactive and sensory: After seeing Michelin-star chefs experimenting with the arctic ingredients and the king crab in an open kitchen, visitors are offered a behind-the-scenes glimpse of culinary innovation. Following that, they can sample a small taster, seamlessly transitioning from observation to experience.
